The Telegraph is THE leading international publication for maritime professionals – a news-driven monthly journal that has a global circulation of almost 35,000 copies and a readership of more than 110,000. The Telegraph is published by Nautilus International – the Anglo-Dutch trade union and organisation representing some 25,000 maritime professionals – including ship masters, deck and engineer officers, electro-technical officers, superintendents, marine pilots, harbour masters and operations managers.
